Hi there!
Incase we haven’t properly met, my name is Amanda and I am an Addiction Relationship Coach, formerly a corporate accountant and someone who has walked the path of loving someone struggling with addiction. I have tried all the things that didn’t help - so I am here to share with you the things that DO help, so that your journey to wellness doesn’t take as many years as mine did.
I just want to say that I know this isn’t easy and it can be scary and confusing at times.
And by getting this workbook you are open to the possibility that you can do things to make your life better. So I’m glad you are here.
We all have unhelpful thoughts - the important this is that we manage them so they don’t derail our morning/day/life… it really can be THAT impactful.
I’m looking forward to you getting stuck in to this workbook.
Managing our thoughts can be the unravelling of years, decades or a life time of thoughts. So stay curious and don’t give up at the first hurdle, (promise me you won’t!) or slight discomfort.
It is worth it.
